1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MentorAGI application (“the App”), owned and operated by Air Duct Cleaning Co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App via the Wix App Market, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Mentor AGI provides AI-assisted analysis, content suggestions, and automation features related to website optimization, SEO, and business insights for Wix websites. The App operates in conjunction with your Wix site and uses configuration and dataprovided by you through Wix.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when configuring the App
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Wix policies
- Review and approve all AI-generated content before publishing it live
You remain fully responsible for all content published on your website.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Mentor AGI generates suggestions based on algorithms and available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business results. All outputs are provided “as is” and must be reviewed by you before use.
5. Data & Privacy
The App processes only the data required to deliver its functionality.
We do not sell user data.

6. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Duct Cleaning Co Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
arising from use or inability to use the App.
8. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time via Wix.
We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
