1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Mentor AGI ", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when:
- a Wix site owner installs and uses our app/service ("Site Owner"); and
- a visitor interacts with Mentor AGI features on a Wix website ("Site Visitor").
2) Roles: Site Owners and Site Visitors (Controller vs. Processor)
- Site Owners: For account, billing, and support communications, Air Duct Cleaning Co. LTD acts as a Data Controller.
- Site Visitors: When Mentor processes Site Visitor content on a Site Owner’s website, the Site Owner typically acts as the Data Controller and we act as a Processor / Service Provider on behalf of the Site Owner.
If you are a Site Visitor and want to exercise privacy rights, please contact the relevant Site Owner first. We will support Site Owners with such requests where applicable.
3) Information we collect
We may collect and process the following categories of data (depending on how Mentor AGI is configured and used):
A) Information provided by Site Owners
- Account details (such as name, email, company name).
- App configuration (language, routing, settings, business rules).
- Support requests and communications.
- Content uploaded or entered by the Site Owner for Mentor AGI to use (for example FAQs, documents, knowledge entries).
B) Information processed from Site Visitors
- Messages and inputs sent to Mentor.
- Contact details a visitor submits (e.g., name, phone number, email) if lead capture, booking, or contact flows are enabled.
- Any other information a visitor chooses to include in a message.
C) Website and content data (if enabled/used)
- Website page content and metadata that are analyzed for SEO review and content generation (e.g., titles, headings, meta descriptions, page text).
- Outputs generated by Mentor (e.g., recommended titles/meta/H1/intro/html and implementation plans).
D) Technical and usage data
- Device/browser information, IP address, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
4) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate Mentor features (assistant chat, lead capture, SEO analysis, content generation, publishing workflows).
- Maintain conversation context and service continuity where enabled.
- Prevent abuse, secure the service, and debug issues.
- Provide support and communicate about updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Site Owners are responsible for configuring any required cookie banners/consent tools on their Wix sites.
11) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Mentor AGI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
