1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases of digital services and subscriptions for Mentor AGI / Mentor AI (“Service”).

Because the Service is digital, there is no physical “return” of goods.

2) Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

3) Refund eligibility (initial purchase)
Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable.
However, for first-time purchases, we may offer a refund if ALL of the following are true:
- you request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date; and
- the request is made from the same account that purchased the Service; and
- we can reasonably verify the purchase and payment method.

Refunds for renewals are not provided unless required by applicable law.

4) Service issues (technical problems)
If the Service does not function as described due to a verified technical issue, we will first attempt to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or a credit at our discretion, where permitted by law.

5) How to request a refund

Please include:
- the account email used for purchase,
- the invoice/order ID (if available),
- the reason for the request,
- screenshots or short details if it is a technical issue.

6) Refund method and timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

7) Consumer rights (where applicable)
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local law grants a withdrawal/cooling-off right for digital services, you may be asked to confirm immediate access/performance at checkout, which may affect that right, as permitted by law.
